University Of Witswatersrand Is Looking To Hire An Administrative Assistant Intern
CHP would like to offer a 12 month internship to an eager, dynamic and hard-working person. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop competencies in a variety of administrative areas and develop a range of skills for use in their future career.
Detailed Description
Duties will include assisting the administrative team with a variety of financial and administrative tasks. Training will be provided on procurement, website maintenance, preparing meeting rooms with refreshments and equipment; managing grocery and stationery supplies; deliveries and collections; photocopying; filing; maintaining equipment and asset registers; and data capturing; the successful candidate will also have an opportunity to learn skills in student administration.
Job Requirements
Candidates are required to have a matric and preferably studying towards their post-school qualification, (preferable in administration), basic computer skills and have a drivers license with at least 3 years driving experience. Induction will be provided as well as essential training on ORACLE (our ERP System) modules-I-Proc & Project Modules.
Additional Detaills
Short listed candidates will be asked to do a short test based on the roles of this position. The outcome of the results will be used to guide us in the selection process.
