Dr Nokukhanya Khanyile

Dr Nokukhanya Khanyile is more than just a doctor who practices medicine. The 27-year-old Doctor is both an influential and digital- savvy medical doctor. Nokukhanya does additional  awareness and outreach work at different levels. She is part of a group teaching nutrition to young mothers in rural and deprived areas. She is also a regular speaker at Mental Matters – In 2017 she spoke about depression, this year she focused on Post Traumatic Stress.

Anelisa Tuswa

At the age of 26, Anelisa Tuswa has achieved a lot! She is a South African Broadcaster and Business reporter for eMedia Holdings. She is also a Resident Business news analysts on Radio 2000. She is a former employee of eNCA news and CNBC Africa. Outside Journalism and Media related issues, Anelisa is a full-time mentor to more than 5 undergraduate Wits students, who met her during her tutoring sessions (2014-2015).  She is also the founder of Healthier by Lisa, an overall wellness advocate for financial spiritual and lifestyle health.

Sihle Ndaba

Sinhle Ndaba is not only a TV star, she is also a BrandSA Play Your Part Ambassador. On Friday 26 October 2018, she also launched her foundation at her hometown Kwandisamfuyo Primary School in Ermelo in an effort to give back to the community. Ndaba said she’s always been passionate about children and she believes education can emancipate a lot of youth. 

Rethabile Sonibare Mashale

Rethabile Mashale is the founder and Director of Thope Foundation, a non-profit organisation providing primary school support programs to young girls in Khayelitsha. She has over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector having headed up a number of large-scale projects and consultancies, which include the role of sports for development in public health, understanding gender and vulnerability, HIV/AIDS prevention and the provision of basic education in Southern Africa

Lynette Ntuli

Lynette Ntuli is the Founding Director and CEO of Innate Investment Solutions. Lynette actively serves at an executive level within various gender advocacy, youth lead and industry organisations in South Africa.  Ntuli has gathered diverse experiences in asset and infrastructure planning, management and development and her exposure to the built environment, and accompanied by her articulation of this insight into high impact social and economic solutions is an asset to work with in providing holistic development solutions in Sub Saharan Africa. 

Nozipho Dlali

Nozipho Dlali is a human rights advocate running her own legal practice, Nozipho Dlali Attorneys. She worked for the Consumer Protection Office in the Free State for six years, offering pro bono legal services to the poor and the marginalised, she was instrumental in drafting the initial draft bill for the Free State Unfair Business Practice Act, and represented South Africa as a Junior Chamber International Peace is Possible Director in 2017. It was in her latter role that she represented the country at the World Peace Summit in Sarawak, Malaysia and participated in the formation of the Young People’s Proclamation and Peace.

Taryn Lock

Taryn Lock is the Executive Director of Read to Rise, the NGO she co-founded with her husband Athol Williams.  In 2013, Taryn left her demanding corporate job as strategy analyst and embarked on her life-mission of promoting youth literacy among Grade 2 and 3 children in schools in some of our country’s under-resourced communities through helping children both to read and develop a love for books.

Kagiso Legodi

Kagiso Legodi is a Social Entrepreneur,Writer and Founder of ‘I am She’; a women empowerment initiative that aims to address and redress the social gender inequalities of the past. Kagiso studied Accounting at Tshwane University of Technology; is a certified Emotion coach from MHI leadership firm; and recently she wrote a book, ‘Flooded But Not Drowned’.

Nomzamo Mbatha

28-year old Nomzamo Mbatha who has accumulated so much success over the years as truly defied the odds and has proven to many that she is more than her looks. Mbatha has undeniably become a serious brand, not only in SA but globally. Nomzamo is not only an actress. She is a human rights activists who was appointed this year, 2019, by the UNHCR’s as a goodwill ambassador.

Zanele Njapha

Zanele Njapha is the founder of Zutifil, a company which specialises in upcycled corporate gifts and is the chairman of ACADAID, a non-profit that focuses on improving academic results among primary and high school pupils. Zanele is immensely passionate about working with the youth and empowering others through delivering talks and speeches on various platforms.
