Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the entire reception area of a corporate building

Answering switchboard

Taking and escalate messages 

Assisting walk in clients

Client liaison

typing

Making sure reception is always clean and tidy

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12

2-4 years experience as a Receptionist

computer literate

Excellent communication skills

PREF STAYING IN THE NORTH OF JOHANNESBURG (CLOSE TO SANDTON)

Own transport preferably
