Description

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our Buying department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Making outbound phone calls to clients to confirm and obtain further information

Requirements:

Require strong, clear, friendly phone call voice
Computer literate
Previous call center experience
Must be fully bilingual
Fast, accurate typing skills
Working from Home or closest branch
Working shifts Monday to Friday and every second weekend
