Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities/Outputs:
- Administration of all current and new orders
- Administration of all order mailboxes
- Administration of all order capturing in accordance with order capturing procedure
- Administration of all Call Centre daily reconciliation reports
- Administration of all confirmations to customers
- Administration of Credit blocks and updating of relevant communication
- Administration of order issues and updating of relevant communication
- Daily filing of all orders received in accordance with call centre filing procedure
- Hourly feedback on outstanding orders not captured.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
- National senior certificate / Grade 12 is essential
- NQF Level 4 – 5 / Higher certificate in Call Centre is essential
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in Call Centre Environment is essential
- 3 years’ experience in ERP systems
- Display ability to work with large volumes of detail oriented tasks
Competencies:
