DJ Euphonik Makes His TV Debut on eNCA

Music DJ and producer Themba Nkosi, affectionately known as Euphonik to many, has had his debut current affairs show Property Matters on eNCA this morning.

DJ Euphonik believes in educating South Africans about the perks and pitfalls of homeownership. Property Matters will every week share information and speak to experts about what the local property market has to offer.

Euphonik shared that he ventured into property because it appreciated in value and would make more money in return. He shared that he bought his first house in 2009 which he turned into a student accommodation and went on to buy more houses.

“A lot of South Africans don’t understand the jargon that comes with the property, so I wanted to do something that was very very layman’s term and explain things in street language so that it is not overly complicated,” he told Bona Magazine.
