The individual we seek will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and will be responsible for managing all inbound customer queries ranging from enquiries to following up on order fulfilment.
This role is suitable for an individual for whom going the extra mile for a customer is considered a privilege and a pleasure.
1-2 years experience in retail with a background in customer service.
Previous experience in handling customer returns/exchanges/complaints.
Computer literate – MS Office.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Completed Matric or equivalent qualification.
