Job description
10 x Sales Agents needed!!!
- Shift Diary Management; ensure completion of all shifts as scheduled and no more than 1 shift swapped against shift diary
- Product Knowledge & Sales
- Up to date knowledge of all Telkom, Telkom Mobile, Telkom Business Mobile and Fixed Line competitor Products and new product updates
- Attending all requested training courses
- Achieving daily sales targets
- Ensuring the account manager has all relevant information in order to arrange the capturing of all annual and sick leave daily and ensuring that all personnel details are up to date
- Operational
- Implementation of the Telkom Store objectives
- Effective handover between shifts and in the event of sickness or annual leave
- Telkom Direct Stores branding adherence and all outdated POS removed
- Report all, Telkom, Telkom Mobile, Telkom Business Mobile and Fixed Line product Returns, Repairs and maintenance and manage accordingly
- Adhere to the Effectiveness Company standards of performance, ensuring that the Effectiveness Company is represented in a professional manner at all times
- Operational equipment at all times inclusive of the Effectiveness Company and Client equipment
- Reporting / Communication
- Compilation of all daily, weekly and monthly statistical information relating to the ambit of your job description
- Solving all problems during shifts with clients and raise external red flags for any areas that is unable to be rectified in shift and follow through to completion

- Must have experience on the Online Contract System i.e. CRM specific to Telkom

- Must be able and prepared to use the store as a base point and leave the store to obtain sales targets as set by the company and client
- Must have a good credit rating with credit bureaus
- Must have a clear criminal record
