SA Idols Winner Paxton To Sing For Queen Of Sweden

Paxton Fielies bagged the most votes to become one of the youngest winners of Idols SA 2017. Fielies received the majority of the viewers’ votes when she and Mthokozisi Ndaba‚ 25‚ from KwaMashu in Durban‚ made the final two after months of battle against thousands of contestants.

Speaking to DJ Fresh in an interview with Metro FM, Paxton opened up about how she plans to balance her matric year and her music career.

“I would love to go international, ASAP. I’m busy working on my first album, I am going to Sweden, I’ve been invited by the queen there,” Paxton revealed.

Speaking about her plans for her career in 2018, Paxton shared that she is very excited about taking her brand to the world, as soon as possible.

“I would love to go international, ASAP…I’m busy recording my first album…I am going to Sweden, I’ve been invited by the queen to sing there.”

Paxton who sacrificed her Grade 11 year‚ said she had decided with the support of her mother that 2017 would be a risk-taker year.
