Each and everyday we go through so many things and encounter so many challenges. At times you feel like just giving up because its all too much to handle, especially as a woman mom/wife. You are faced with work challenges, being a wife and being a super mom all at the same time.

– Take a break from the very thing that is stressing you. Sometimes is good to just walk away from the very thing that is stressing you, sometimes doing something else for a few minutes is good, you might just get a different perspective about the whole situation.
– Exercise benefits your mind just as well as your body. We keep hearing about the long-term benefits of a regular exercise routine. Take a walk to 20 minutes to clear your mind.
-Laughing or smiling can help relieve some of that tension and improve the situation.
-Call a friend, especially someone who can relate to what you are going through. Talking sometimes help. It is always nice to get advice from other people, it also gives you an idea on how you can approach the matter differently.
– Meditation and mindful prayer help the mind and body to relax and focus. Mindfulness can help people see new perspectives, develop self-compassion and forgiveness.
